F43X-10 double-sealed self-purification anti-reverse water seal valve is mainly used in the overflow pipeline of clean storage tank. Usually, due to the water seal inside the valve, the odor of sewer can be prevented from entering the clean water tank. When the water level of rainwater and sewage pipe increases due to heavy rain or blockage of sewer, it can prevent sewage backflow into the clean water tank. It is a good sanitary protection device for water supply.
The valve has the advantages of simple structure, smooth overflow, double water sealing, odor blocking and sewage backfilling, reliable performance and good effect, and the impurities brought by sewage backfilling do not affect the sealing performance.
Working principle
F43X-1.0T anti-reverse water seal valve is mainly composed of body with water bend and floating ball cover plate assembly. The cover plate with floating ball is on the sealing seat of the valve body. The valve chamber is divided into inner and outer parts. The inner chamber is clean water, and the outer chamber is connected with drainage pipe. When the inner chamber is filled with clean water, the pressure of the cover plate decreases due to the floating ball in the inner chamber. Easy to open the flow. When the overflow stops, the cover can be reset in white. The seat can be tightly sealed, thus the odor and sewage can be strictly blocked. If the floating ball valve at the intake of the pool closes well, does not overflow for several years, and the valve chamber has no water, the floating ball can increase the weight of the cover plate, better cover the valve seat, and also can strictly block odor and prevent rain and sewage from pouring back into the clear pool. If sewage enters the valve body cavity, the impurities can only adhere to the outer surface of the cover without affecting the sealing seat of the cover plate. Therefore, the anti-reverse water valve works reliably, has good effect and is not easy to break down. And when there is sundries precipitation, the next overflow can automatically rush out of the valve body.
