Main uses and application scope of pneumatic three-way switching valve:
Pneumatic three-way switching valve is mainly used in converter gas recovery device. It is interlocked with bypass valve and water seal check valve and forms a complete converter gas recovery device system. Pneumatic three-way switching valve is the main equipment to control the recovery or release of gas. The control system of pneumatic three-way switching valve can be automatically switched, or can be operated by a single machine on site. It can also meet the requirements of long-distance centralized control. The sealing pair of pneumatic three-way switching valve is rubber and stainless steel. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, zero sealing leakage, high control accuracy, fast switching speed and good sealing performance. It is suitable for converter gas recovery system or other ventilation and dust removal system in metallurgical steelmaking.

II. Structure and Working Principle of Three-way Switching Valve
The structure of pneumatic three-way switching valve is mainly composed of three-way pipe body, two soft-sealed butterfly valves and a set of pneumatic device controlling two butterfly valves at the same time. Two soft-sealed butterfly valves intersect 90 degrees and are installed on the three-way pipe body. When the converter gas recovery device recovers gas, the pneumatic device opens the recovery side butterfly valve (main valve) and closes the release side butterfly valve (auxiliary valve). The gas enters the gas holder through the main valve for recovery. When the gas quality does not meet the standard, the converter gas recovery device stops recovering gas, and the pneumatic three-way switching valve converts to release gas. When working, the pneumatic device opens the discharging side butterfly valve (auxiliary valve) and closes the reclaiming side butterfly valve (main valve). Structural characteristics of three-way switching valve
1. Because the recovery of converter gas is discontinuous, the pneumatic three-way switching valve is constantly switching the state of recovery and dissipation. The switch position of the two valves is particularly important. The two limit switches are communicated by the inductive electrical position feedback signal, which can reduce the unnecessary sparks during the communication and ensure the safety and reliability of the three-way switch valve.
2. In order to prevent the wear and tear caused by dust accumulation in the valve body, the two valves have annular water rings on the body and a sprinkler plate in front of the valve seat. When the valve plate is switched on and off, the dust on the sealing surface of the valve body is flushed by the program to keep the sealing surface of the valve seat smooth. (The user uses two limit switches to control water flushing to feedback signals.) At the same time, the bottom of the valve body is provided with a cleaning hole to remove the dirt washed out of the valve body.
3. The sealing part of valve plate adopts special rubber sealing ring. The sealing ring has the characteristics of good sealing performance, aging resistance and high temperature resistance. The valve body is made of manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and necessary anti-corrosion measures to ensure good sealing and anti-wear performance of the product. The pneumatic device has a buffer mechanism at the end of the cylinder to make the valve switch move smoothly.
