J961Y Electrically Welded Power Station Globe Valve
1. Connection form of valve body and cover: PN10-64 of power station valve adopts bolted cover; PN64-320 adopts self-pressure sealed cover.
2. Stem nuts: Usually, the material of stem nuts is ASTM A439 D2. At the same time, copper alloy and other materials can be used according to user's requirements. For large-caliber globe valves, rolling bearings can effectively reduce the opening moment of globe valves so that the valves can be easily switched on and off.
3. Stem design: It is made by integral forging process, and the minimum diameter is determined according to the standard requirements.
4. Cover gasket form: PN10-64 globe valve uses stainless steel graphite winding gasket; PN100 globe valve can use stainless steel graphite winding gasket or metal ring gasket; PN160 globe valve can use metal ring gasket, PN320 globe valve uses self-pressure sealing metal ring.
5. Structural features of globe valves: bolted bonnet, open stem bracket and lifting stem metal cover.
6. Upper Seal Seat Design: All the globe valves provided by our company have reverse sealing design. Usually, the carbon steel globe valve seat design adopts separate reverse sealing structure, and the reverse sealing surface of stainless steel globe valve is very reliable. Although there is an inverted seal in standard API600, this is not the basis for replacing packing under pressure.
7. Packing Seal: Formed flexible graphite is usually used as filling material, PTFE or composite filling material can be provided according to user's needs. The surface roughness of the contact between packing and packing box is 3.2u m, which can ensure that the stem and packing contact surface are closely connected but rotate freely. The precision machined surface roughness of the stem seal surface is 0.8u m, which can ensure the reliable sealing of the stem.
8. Seats: Carbon steel globe valve seats are usually made of forged steel. Seat sealing surface can be sprayed with carbide according to customer's requirements. Separate threaded swivel seats are used for NPS < 10 cut-off. Seat structure can also be provided if user needs to weld; NPS < 12 globe valve seats are welded; Stainless steel globe valve seats are used for 1. Generally, the valve seat is directly processed by integral or carbide welding on the body. Stainless steel globe valve seats can also be separated threaded and welded if required by users.
