Product Overview
Swing check valve is also called one-way valve or check valve. Its function is to prevent medium backflow in pipeline. The opening and closing parts open or close by themselves depending on the medium flow and force to prevent the medium backflow valve is called a check valve.
Check valves belong to automatic valves. They are mainly used in pipelines where media flow in one direction. Only one direction is allowed to flow in order to prevent accidents. Valves of this type shall generally be installed horizontally in pipes.
Swing check valves are suitable for nominal pressure PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa, Class150-2500; nominal diameter DN15-1200mm, NPS1/2-48; working temperature-196-540 C pipelines to prevent medium backflow. By choosing different materials, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea and other media. Swing check valves adopt internal rocker arm swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valves are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and ring used in the middle flange part, there is no leakage point on the whole, so as to prevent the leakage of the valve. Swing check valve rocker arm and valve disc connection using spherical connection structure, so that the disc within 360 degrees of freedom, with appropriate micro-position compensation.
It is suitable for cleaning medium, not for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity.
