NKZ41H (NKZ44H) Vacuum Gate Valve Vacuum Flange Gate Valve Description:
The valve body adopts traditional shape design, which is reasonable in design, good in rigidity, smooth in passage and low in flow resistance coefficient.
The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and cemented carbide with long service life.
The filler adopts flexible PTFE, reliable sealing and flexible operation. .

Purpose of NKZ41H (NKZ44H) Vacuum Gate Valve Vacuum Gate Valve:
The valve is suitable for the pipeline with working medium of water, steam or air and working temperature less than 425 (<550 C for chromium-molybdenum steel) as the starting and closing device, especially for the condensing and vacuum negative pressure systems of steam turbines in thermal power plants, with the function of vacuum isolation and sealing.
The vacuum gate valve is improved from the ordinary manual gate valve. The difference is that a vacuum seal ring is added to the packing seal of the vacuum gate valve, which has the function of self-expansion and compression. The air seal performance of the gate valve is better than that of the ordinary gate valve. The opening and closing parts of vacuum gate valve are gates. The moving direction of gate is perpendicular to the direction of fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and can not be adjusted and throttled. The gate has two sealing surfaces. The two sealing surfaces of the most commonly used mode gate valves form wedges. The wedge angle varies with the valve parameters, usually 5 degrees, and the medium temperature is 2 degrees 52'. When the vacuum gate valve closes, the sealing surface can be sealed only by the medium pressure, that is to say, the sealing surface of the gate can be pressed to the seat on the other side to ensure the sealing surface sealing, which is self-sealing. Most gate valves are forced to seal, that is, when the valve closes, the gate must be forced to the seat by external force to ensure the sealing surface. The gate of vacuum gate valve moves in a straight line with the stem, which is called lifting bar gate valve (also known as open bar gate valve). Usually there are trapezoidal threads on the lifting rod. Through the nut at the top of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the rotary motion is changed into linear motion, that is to say, the operating torque is changed into the operating thrust. When opening the valve, when the gate lifting height is equal to 1:1 times the valve diameter, the flow passage is completely open, but when running, this position can not be monitored. In practical use, the vertex of the valve stem is used as the sign, that is, the position of the valve stem that is not moving is used as its full open position. In order to consider the locking phenomenon of temperature change, the valve is usually opened to the vertex position and reversed to 1/2-1 turn as the position of the fully open valve.
Installation and Use of NKZ41H Vacuum Gate Valve
1. Before installation, check the parts of valve cavity and sealing surface, no dirt or sand is allowed to adhere to them; 2. Bolts in each connecting part should be tightened evenly; 3. Check the filling part, which requires tightening, not only to ensure the sealing of filling, but also to ensure the opening of gate flexibly; 4. Users must check the type of valve before installing the valve. Connection size and media flow direction should be noted to ensure consistency with valve requirements; 5. Users must reserve necessary space for valve driving when installing valves; 6. Connection of driving devices should be carried out according to circuit diagrams; 7. Gate valves must be maintained regularly and not be collided and extruded at will to avoid affecting sealing.
