I. Structural features and uses
This series of pressure relief valves belong to pilot piston type pressure relief valves. It consists of main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of seat, main disc, piston, spring and other parts. The guide valve is mainly composed of seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm is used to sense the outlet pressure change, and the pilot valve opens and closes to drive the piston to adjust the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure.
This series of products have made the following improvements on the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valves, enlarging piston area, changing throttle structure, changing seal form, improving guide valve structure and regulating spring form, thus improving product performance from the following aspects.
1. It improves the sensing efficiency and sensitivity of outlet pressure change, and greatly reduces the pressure deviation caused by upstream pressure change and flow change.
2. Streamline distribution is improved and noise is reduced.
3. The structure of sealing surface was improved and the service life of sealing surface was prolonged.
