Product description
Metal hard seal lifting cock valve is a new type of cock valve which develops rapidly in recent years. It adopts the valve operation mode of lifting first and then opening and closing, which greatly reduces the opening and closing moment of the cock valve. Moreover, unlike traditional cock valve, it uses rectangular reducing channel. The valve usually adopts circular channel to make the fluid resistance of the cock valve. It can be used in high temperature and high pressure conditions, greatly expanding the scope of use of the cock valve.
Product characteristics:
1. When the metal hard seal lifting cock valve is opened and closed, the cock is lifted first to separate the cock from the sealing surface of the valve seat, and then the 90 degree rotary cock is rotated to open or close the valve. Because the cock is separated from the seat in the opening and closing process of the valve, the opening and closing of the valve is very easy, and the sealing surface is not easy to scratch in the opening or closing process, and the service life of the valve is long.
2. Metal hard seal lifting cock valve, whether in open or closed state, the sealing surface is protected from medium erosion, and the sealing is tight and reliable.
3. Ordinary cock valves use rectangular flow channel, and the area of flow channel is reduced, so there is a greater loss of fluid resistance. Metal-sealed lifting cock valves use circular channels with the same cross-sectional area as pipelines, and the fluid resistance is the smallest.
4. Metal hard seal lifting cock valve has compact structure and small volume. Compared with gate valve, the height and size of the valve are greatly reduced, and the fluid resistance is greatly reduced compared with globe valve.
5. Compared with common cock valves, metal hard seal lifting cock valves have a wider range of pressure and temperature.
6. The sealing surfaces of the seats on both sides of the metal hard seal lifting cock valve can be sealed. The installation and use of the valve are not restricted by the flow direction of the medium.
7. When the metal hard seal lifting cock valve closes, the sealing surface of the valve seat can be pressurized by hand wheel and stem. By increasing the sealing specific pressure, the cock valve can have better sealing performance.
8. The seating surface of the valve seat is raised to facilitate cleaning of the sealing surface, and it is not easy to accumulate crystalline medium or solid particles on the sealing surface.

Note: (1) RF means protruding flange; RJ means ring connection flange. (2) Flange size according to ANSI B16.5 standard. According to user requirements, flange size can also be designed and manufactured according to GB/T 9112-9124, HG 20592-20635 and SH3406. The flange of Class150 (PN20) ~Class300 (PN50) cock valve generally adopts bolt-nut connection structure; the flange of Class600 (PN110) ~900 (PN150) cock valve generally adopts pressure self-tight sealing structure.
