Adjustable Pressure Reducing Pressure Regulating Valve

YX741X adjustable pressure-reducing and pressure-stabilizing valve is composed of main valve and needle-type regulating valve, guide valve, ball valve and nozzle system. The main valve body adopts full channel, direct current and streamline design, and adopts diaphragm or piston structure. This product sets the outlet pressure by setting the spring pressure of the pressure regulating guide valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valve, and stabilizes the outlet pressure through the feedback of the nozzle system and the control room.
This product uses needle-type regulating valve and guide valve for water pressure self-control, without additional equipment and energy, easy maintenance, little influence by import pressure and flow, high accuracy of pressure control, reliable pressure reduction and stabilization.
When the pipeline feeds water from the intake end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room. The outlet pressure acts on the guide valve through the pipe. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the guide valve, the guide valve closes and the control room stops draining. At this time, the main valve controls the increase of the pressure in the room and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not increase any more.
When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains downstream. Because the drainage of the guide valve is larger than the inflow of the needle valve, the pressure of the main valve control chamber decreases, and the inlet pressure makes the main valve open. Under the stable state, the control room has the same water intake and drainage, the opening and outlet pressure remain unchanged.
The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the guide valve spring.
Working characteristics
1. Pressure control is stable and reliable. The pilot valve and main valve work continuously, the downstream pressure changes continuously and smoothly, and is less affected by the inlet pressure.
2. Easy to operate. When the working pressure is adjusted, the main valve automatically adjusts when the upstream pressure or flow rate changes, thus stabilizing the downstream pressure.
3. The valve body adopts full channel, direct current and streamlined design. The hydraulic loss is small and the energy saving effect is good.
