The surface hardness of ball and seat can generally reach HRC60 or above, and the maximum can reach HRC74 or above. Sealing surface material can resist temperature up to 540 C, up to 980 C. The bonding strength of the material can reach more than 10 000 PSI, and the sealing surface material also has good wear resistance, impact resistance and other properties. High temperature ball valves can be applied to most of the harsh working conditions.
