Metallurgical Valve-F343cx Worm Gear Sector Blind Valve

F343CX worm gear sector blind plate valve, also known as worm gear sector glasses valve, flange valve, sector valve, by the left valve body, middle valve body, right valve body, sector blind plate, screw nut, stainless steel compensator, two worm gear transmission mechanism and so on. It is connected into one body by three screw rods, and fixes three valve bodies on the base separately, forming a rigid structure. The middle valve body and the right valve body are connected by stainless steel expansion pipe, and the left and middle valve bodies are connected by three screw rods with trapezoidal threads at both ends. If the three screw rods are rotated forward (or backward) at the same time, the left and middle valve bodies are compressed (or separated). A blind plate is arranged in the middle of the upper and middle screw of the three screw rods, and the blind plate rotates around the axis. The following two screw rods are equipped with locating blocks of blind plate on the same part. When the blind plate rotates, it can prevent the blind plate from drifting and the seal ring from scratching. One screw rod is equipped with worm wheel drive mechanism to realize the purpose of loosening the clamping valve body.
