Product description
CS41H-16, CS41H-16C, CS41-25, CS41-40 type free float ball steam traps: flange connection, float ball structure, seat sealing surface material is Cr13 stainless steel, nominal pressure PN16-PN40, valve body material is cast iron (CS41H-16), carbon steel (CS41H-16C, CS41-25, CS41-40) steam traps. Used in steam heating equipment, steam pipe network and condensate water recovery system, it can quickly, automatically and continuously remove condensate water and effectively prevent steam leakage.
Working Principle: Free floating ball steam trap uses buoyancy principle. Floating ball rises and falls with the change of water level according to the amount of condensate water. It automatically adjusts the opening of seat hole and continuously discharges condensate water. When condensate water stops entering, the bottom of float ball falls back to the closing position and drainage stops because of drainage valve seat. Holes are always below the condensation water level, forming a natural separation of water seal, water and gas to achieve no steam leakage.
Product features: 1) The saturated condensate water of Neoteric can be accumulated first without water in the reclaiming equipment, so as to obtain the highest heating efficiency. (2) When the steam pressure changes, it is not affected and can work continuously and stably. (3) Vapor leakage is small and changeable. It is manufactured by advanced grinding technology. The float ball has high precision and good sealing performance. (4) Good performance of automatic air exhaust. Long life, the whole spherical surface of the float ball can be used as a sealing surface, without centralized wear and tear.
