Characteristics of Z48H Sewage Discharge Valve:
Z48H sewage gate valve is evolved from gate valve. It uses gear to drive the stem to lift at 90 C to open and close. The quick sewage valve has the advantages of simple structure, good sealing, small volume, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size, especially small driving moment, simple operation and easy to realize quick opening and closing.
2. Structural Principle of Z48H Drainage Gate Valve:
Rapid sewage valve relies directly on the force produced by the medium pressure to help the mechanical load seal on the valve disc. The mechanical load acting on the valve disc mainly comes from the compression spring, which is almost a fixed mechanical load. Although for compression spring, loading drain valve can achieve good sealing by adjusting spring force, but the sealing pressure difference must be strong enough to ensure sufficient sealing force, so as to achieve sealing in normal operation of the valve. The sealing pressure difference should also be less than the opening and closing pressure difference to ensure flexible opening.
3. The main standards for Z48H sewage gate valves are as follows:
1. Design and manufacture in accordance with GB/T12237-1989.
2. Inspection and test are in accordance with GB/T13927-1992.
3. The flange size is specified by JB79-59.
4. Pressure-temperature grade is regulated by GB9131.
5. Compression spring according to GB/T1239.2.
6. The length of the structure is specified by JB/T6900-93.
7. Signs are specified in GB/T12220-1989.
