The structural length of the stop valve of a pound power station is specified in E101. Welding groove of the valve body shall be in accordance with ANSI B16.25 or the size provided by the user. The packing box of valve cover is reasonable to try, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, the sealing is reliable and the switch is stable. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the stem of the valve does not leak when the valve is opened.

Power plant globe valve application scope:
Power plant globe valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines of Class1500-3500Lb, petroleum, chemical, thermal power plants and other working conditions at - 29-570 C. Applicable medium: water, oil, steam and other non-corrosive media.
Structural characteristics of power plant globe valves:
1. Product design and manufacture according to ASME B16.34, E101 standards, can be equipped with imported equipment.
2. The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted in the inner chamber of the valve. The higher the pressure of the inner chamber, the better the sealing performance.
3. The two ends of branch pipe are butt welded to meet different requirements of takeover.
4. The sealing surface of disc and seat is welded by Stellite Stellite cobalt-based cemented carbide. It is wear-resistant, high temperature-resistant, good abrasion resistance and long service life.
5. The packing box of valve cover is reasonable, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, the sealing is reliable and the switch is stable.

7. The opening and closing of electric stop valves are controlled by electric devices, which are equipped with special motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, field operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operation, remote operation can also be carried out.
