Structural features and applications of vacuum globe valves
1. The main body of the vacuum globe valve is cast-forged structure with parallel double seals and semi-compulsory two-way seals. The seals are in place and wedge-tightening motion is used step by step to achieve zero leakage.
2. The sealing surface of vacuum globe valve has the advantages of low friction, light opening and closing, and automatic compensation for the wear of sealing surface.
3. Vacuum globe valve has the advantages of simple structure, compact structure, convenient maintenance and long service life.
4. The packing chamber of the vacuum globe valve cover has a vacuum sealing structure, which has the function of self-expanding and compacting, and the sealing is sealed with high-strength expansion material, so that the system is completely isolated from the atmosphere and has good system air tightness.
5. The valve is suitable for pipes with working temperature (<425 ~550 ~C) and working medium (water, steam or air) as an opening and closing device, especially for steam turbine condensation and vacuum negative pressure system in thermal power plants, and plays the role of vacuum isolation and sealing.
