Multifunctional Pump Control Valve

Multifunctional pump control valve is composed of main valve, regulating valve and nozzle system. The valve body adopts direct current valve body. The main valve control chamber is a diaphragm or piston type double control chamber structure. The control chamber has one more control function than the general hydraulic control valve, which increases the control function of the main valve and realizes the slow opening and full opening of the pump outlet. Multifunctional control, such as slow closure, cut-off and so on, realizes the multi-functional control of a valve and primary regulation for the outlet of the pump.
The nozzle system of this product is controlled by a control valve. By setting the opening of the control valve, it is convenient to realize the required control parameters, such as the opening speed and slow closing speed of the main valve.
Working principle
When the pump starts, the water pressure acts on the bottom of the main valve disc and the lower chamber of the control chamber. This pressure makes the main valve open. The water in the upper chamber of the control chamber is slowly discharged to the outlet through the control valve B, and the main valve slowly opens. The proper opening speed of the main valve can be obtained by setting the opening of the regulating valve. When the pump stops working, the water pressure at the inlet decreases rapidly and closes most of the opening under the action of self-weight and spring pressure, which prevents the remaining opening of water backflow from slowly closing under the combined action of the water pressure in the upper chamber and the water pressure in the lower chamber. The closing speed slows down and forms a buffer to prevent the pressure from increasing sharply.
Appropriate valve opening and closing speed can be obtained by setting the opening and opening ratio of control valves A and B.
Working characteristics
1. The effect of preventing water hammer is good. The technology of eliminating water hammer, such as slow opening, stop return speed closing and slow closing, is integrated to prevent the damage of water supply pipeline and pump caused by the reverse flow and water hammer when starting and stopping pumps.
2. Easy to operate, no need to distribute another control system for the valve. The valve automatically completes the control function with the opening and stopping of the pump in sequence. Appropriate control parameters can be obtained by setting the opening of the control valve.
3. The valve body adopts full channel, direct current and streamlined design. The hydraulic loss is small and the energy saving effect is good.
Functions and uses
The valve is installed at the outlet of the pump, and the functions of slow opening, full opening, quick closing and slow closing are realized sequentially.
This product is used in high-rise building water supply system and other water supply system pump outlet pipeline, to prevent and reduce the water hammer water hammer in the pipeline when the pump opens and closes, to prevent water backflow to protect the pump, and to maintain the safety of the pipeline.
