Structural Characteristics of Sleeve Sewage Discharge Valve
1. The valve is a new type of throttle, cut-off and vent product. The valve adopts cage labyrinth throttle, which has the characteristics of multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing and convenient operation and maintenance.
2. The valve adopts double seals (hard and soft seals) to make the seal reliable, the hard alloy cover can be more resistant to air flow erosion and wear resistance, and the double seals can achieve zero leakage under the condition of high pressure gas medium. The valve has a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat adopts taper sealing, which is beneficial for the valve itself to clean the dirt attached to the sealing surface.
4. Balance holes and piston seals are arranged on the valve disc to ensure stable operation under the condition of full pressure difference between opening and closing. The opening is light and flexible, and the opening and closing torque is small.
5. Packing adopts V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing ability, which needs no adjustment and is very convenient to open and close. The filling box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing oil injection structure, which makes the sealing performance of the valve packing reliable.
6. The valve can be maintained online, and the pipeline can replace a series of fragile parts such as packing under pressure.
7. The valve is equipped with large drainage holes at the bottom of the valve. If necessary, it should be opened to clean up the dirt in the valve.
8. The outer circle of the disc of the sewage discharge valve is high with O-ring, which has self-cleaning function and sealing when opening/closing, and throttling and pressure-reducing function when sewage is discharged.
Working Principle of Sleeve Sewage Discharge Valve
1. Normally closed state: the hard seal of the valve disc is pressed on the seat protrusion to form a hard seal, and the soft and dense seal is embedded on the valve disc at the same time.
Seals are pressed tightly with the end face of the seat to form a second seal. The double-quality sealing structure ensures zero leakage of the valve, and the valve disc is balanced.
Holes, so that when the valve is closed and opened, the valve disc receives less force, and also makes the valve open and close with less torque.
2. Throttle and sewage discharge state: the disc seal disc leaves the valve seat, because there is a balance hole at the disc, the valve opens very lightly.

The cover uses the oblique angle of the sleeve to change the direction of medium flow, and has the function of self-cleaning, so that the sealing payer does not carry impurities.
3. Closing state: After the discharge of the medium in the pipeline, the valve is closed, and the medium enters the valve seat passage from the bevel of the sleeve cushion, and the flow resistance coefficient increases.
The flow speed is accelerated, the inclined angle changes the direction of the medium flow, and the eddy current is generated. The radial force of the medium at the end of the valve seat increases, which realizes the sweeping of the valve seat opening.
When the disc seal is close to the seat, the mating clearance between the sleeve and the seat passage prevents the flow of larger granular media to the seal and the flow rate.
With the increase of one step and the sweeping of the transverse force of the medium, the impurities in the sealing have been completely cleaned when the valve is closed, which ensures the sealing of the valve after sewage discharge.
Performance, thus further ensuring that the sealing after sewage discharge can also achieve leak-free. As a result, the capacity is greatly improved and the service life is prolonged.
