Product description
ZDAOX43 track cock valve: The shape is close to the gate, and the flange connection is adopted. The inner part of the valve is opened and closed by the principle of rotation of the plug. The design principle is reasonable, simple and beautiful to meet the market demand. It is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline media in the oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and power industries with pressure levels of 150-900Lb (1.6-32.0 MPa) and working temperature of - 29-150 C.
Working Principle: When the track cock valve is fully open, the channel alignment of the plug passage body ensures the ideal minimum pressure drop. Turn the handwheel plug in the direction of the valve and drive the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees at the same time. When the handwheel continues to rotate, the plug will press down and open the valve to both sides. The valve disc will press tightly on the valve seat to close the valve. When the handwheel rotates in the opposite direction, the plug first moves upward so that the valve disc is detached from the seat and continues. Rotate the handwheel to make the plug drive the disc to rotate 90 degrees. Finally, the passage of the plug is aligned with the passage of the valve body, so that the valve is fully open.
Product features: 1. The disc and seat of the rail cock valve are in a state of detachment during the opening process. The process of the switch is zero friction, and the sealing surface will not be worn out. (2) The plug rotates flexibly, and can ensure the sealing of the connecting ends of the inlet, outlet and middle flange. At the same time, the sealing adopts soft sealing (fluororubber). The sealing is realized by the sealing ring around the valve piece. The unique dovetail groove protects and fixes the sealing ring, so that the sealing is zero leakage when closed. (4) The use of medium is wide and not limited by the installation direction. No vibration, low noise.
