Hydraulic Water Level Control Valve

H142X hydraulic water level control valve is a hydraulic control valve which can automatically control the height of water tank and tower. When the water level drops beyond the preset value, the floating ball valve opens, the pressure of the upper chamber of the piston decreases, and the pressure difference between the upper chamber and the lower chamber of the piston forms. Under this pressure difference, the valve disc opens for water supply operation. When the water level rises to the preset height, the floating ball valve closes, and the pressure of the upper chamber of the piston keeps increasing, which roughly causes the disc closing and stopping water supply. This reciprocating automatic control liquid level in the set height, to achieve automatic water supply function. This product is suitable for automatic water supply system of various water tanks (pools) and towers in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It can also be used as circulating water supply control valve of atmospheric pressure boiler. When the water level in the pool or tower drops and the floating ball valve opens and drains, the piston in the valve is lifted by pressurized water in the intake pipe, and the sealing surface is opened. When the water level rises to the control valve, the floating ball valve closes, the piston moves down and the sealing surface is closed, and the valve stops supplying water.
