Differential Pressure Bypass Balancing Valve

800X differential pressure bypass balance valve is a valve used to balance the differential pressure between supply and return water in air conditioning system. The differential pressure bypass valve can improve the utilization ratio of the system, maintain the accurate mutual alignment of the differential pressure, and minimize the noise of the system, as well as the damage to the equipment caused by excessive differential pressure. 800X pressure balance valve is superior to other balancing valves in that it has no actuator, complete medium pressure difference to achieve the function of balancing system, save energy and installation space, is an intelligent valve.

Main uses
Normally closed by-pass pressure differential control valve is used between fuel oil, gas heat source supply and return water pipe, central air conditioner distributor and water collector. As a by-pass installation of primary flow measurement and secondary variable flow system, it can effectively protect fuel and gas units from damage caused by too high temperature caused by too small flow, and can effectively protect cold water. The unit is damaged by local freezing caused by too small flow rate.
Normally open by-pass pressure difference control valve is used in centralized heating system with large height difference and high heat source. When used, the pressure difference of the valve is set according to the height difference, and the pressure reducing pump and check valve are installed in the appropriate position of the low return water pipe. The pressure reducing device of the return water consisting of the control valve can be adjusted and set by the control valve. Thus, the pressure of the return water pipe can be adjusted and set by the control valve. It can not only ensure that users in high area will not empty, but also protect equipment in low area from damage due to excessive pressure.
