Q347 PN16 and PN25 eccentric hemispheric valves use eccentric body, eccentric sphere and seat. When the stem rotates, the common trajectory is automatically centered. The tighter the closing process, the better the sealing purpose is achieved. The ball and seat of the valve are completely separated, which eliminates the wear of the sealing ring and overcomes the problem of wear and tear between the traditional ball seat and the sealing surface of the ball. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. This product is especially suitable for iron and steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber, micro solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas and other media.
[Product characteristics]
1. The structure adopts eccentric tightening principle to achieve the purpose of gate tightening, regulating and closing through transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is metal face ring with hard face contact seal. When the double eccentric structure is opened, the valve core is located in the Tibetan sphere chamber, the circulation section is large, and the valve core is not washed out when the valve is closed, and the sphere surface of the valve core is along the valve when the valve is opened. Seat gradual, effective removal of scaling obstacles, to achieve reliable sealing. It is especially effective for mixed-flow transportation of two-phase mixed flow and easy scaling solid precipitation.
