Characteristic
(1) The valve is composed of upper and lower carbon steel body, rubber sleeve, large and small stem gate, upper and lower guide pillars, etc.
(2) Working Principle: When the handwheel rotates in a straight way, the valve stem can drive the upper and lower stubble plates, compress the pipe sleeve and close at the same time. On the contrary, it can be opened immediately. In this way, the gate completes the opening and closing of the valve up and down between the guide pillars.
Application Conditions
In some working conditions with more sediment and sundries (such as the water quality of the Yellow River, sewage treatment system, etc.), the valve control pipeline is easy to be blocked, leading to valve failure; large sundries are also easy to block the valve plate, resulting in the valve seal is not strict; and in some special working conditions, the water hammer when the valve is switched on and off is very large, resulting in a loud noise when the valve is switched on and off.
