This series of power station valves are suitable for pipelines with working temperature (< 425 C) and (< 550 C) and working medium (water, air and steam) as starting and closing devices. It is especially suitable for steam turbine condensation and vacuum negative pressure system in thermal power plant, and plays the role of vacuum sealing and isolation.
Product structure characteristics:
1. The main body of this series of valves is cast-forged structure, with parallel double seals and semi-forced two-way seals, the seals in place and wedge wedge motion step by step to achieve zero leakage.
2. The friction coefficient between the sealing surfaces is small, and it is convenient to start and close. Moreover, the wear of the sealing surfaces can be compensated automatically.
3. It has simple structure, compact structure, convenient maintenance and long service life.
4. The filling chamber of the valve cover has a vacuum sealing mechanism, which has the function of self-expanding deposit compression. Moreover, the connecting surfaces are sealed with high-strength expanding materials to make the system work.
Isolated from the atmosphere, it has good vacuum sealing performance.
5. This series of valves can be divided into flange connection and welding connection. The driving mode is manual and electric.
