Vacuum Regulator Valve

200X pressure reducing and stabilizing valve consists of main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. When used, when the outlet pressure is adjusted, the outlet pressure can be automatically maintained stable.
This product is self-controlled by guide valve, no other devices and energy are needed. It is easy to maintain and has high accuracy of pressure control. It is less affected by imported pressure and flow, and has reliable pressure reduction and stabilization.
This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.
Working principle
When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the guide valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes. When the control chamber stops draining, the main valve controls the pressure in the chamber to rise and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not rise any more.
When the outlet pressure of the valve drops to the set pressure of the guide spring, the guide valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. The pressure of the main valve control chamber decreases because the drainage of the pilot valve system is larger than that of the needle valve. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the stable state, the control room has the same water intake and drainage, the main valve opening remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.
The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the guide valve spring.
