Working principle of bimetal sheet trap
Bimetal sheet trap is a kind of valve which is driven by bimetal sheet temperature sensor. When the device has just started, condensate water appears in the pipeline at low temperature. The bimetal sheet is flat and the valve core is in the open position under the spring elasticity. As the condensate temperature increases gradually, the bimetal sheet temperature sensor begins to bend and deform, and pushes the valve center to the closed position. Before the condensate reaches saturation temperature, the trap is completely closed. There is always high temperature condensate water in front of the valve, no steam leakage, good energy saving effect.
